PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION:
As a prospective buyer you want to know the condition of the home’s components  and
mechanical systems.

NEW CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION:
When building a home, it is best to do a home inspection prior to closing to ensure your
new construction meets current building codes.

PRE-SALE INSPECTION:
This is most often an overlooked inspection.  If you plan to sell your home you will want
to know what is wrong with it to avoid conflicts with prospective buyers.

WARRANTY INSPECTION:
This is done prior to your one year warranty expiring on your new house.

RADON GAS INSPECTION:
The EPA recommends every house be tested for radon.  Radon is the second leading
cause of lung cancer and deaths each year.  This is a two-day test that can be
performed with your home inspection for a small additional fee.

MOLD TESTING:
If visible signs of possible mold are noted, we can test them for a small additional fee.
