ICC- International Code Council The International Code Council, a membership association dedicated to building safety and fire prevention, develops the codes used to construct residential and commercial buildings, including homes and schools. Most U.S. cities, counties and states that adopt codes choose the International Codes developed by the International Code Council. NEHA - National Environmental Health Association NRPP- National Radon Proficiency Program A nationally recognized certification program for radon professionals maintaining the highest level of ethics and quality. Continuing education is required every two years to maintain a radon measurement certification. Trademark Pest Solutions We can provide a termite letter with your home inspection because we are certified by the state of Georgia as a licensed pest control operator with Trademark Pest Solutions. Broadview Security We provide a free security system inspection from Broadview Security with every home that has a security system. AHW - American Home Warranty We provide a free 90 day limited home warranty with each home inspection for the purchaser of a home provided by American Home Warranty.
