

| ASHI - American Society of Home Inspectors The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), founded in 1976, is North America's oldest and largest professional society of home inspectors. ASHI's goals have always been to build customer awareness of the importance of a quality home inspection and enhance the professionalism of home inspectors. ICC- International Code Council The International Code Council, a membership association dedicated to building safety and fire prevention, develops the codes used to construct residential and commercial buildings, including homes and schools. Most U.S. cities, counties and states that adopt codes choose the International Codes developed by the International Code Council. NACHI - National Association of Certified Home Inspectors The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) is one of the largest inspection association in North America. Formed in 1990, NACHI is both a non-profit organization as well as tax exempt. NACHI is the industry's largest provider of continuing education and host to hundreds of inspection events each year. More than 9,900 North American inspectors call NACHI home. NEHA - National Environmental Health Association NRPP- National Radon Proficiency Program A nationally recognized certification program for radon professionals maintaining the highest level of ethics and quality. Continuing education is required every two years to maintain a radon measurement certification. AHW - American Home Warranty We provide a free 90 day limited home warranty with each home inspection for the purchaser of a home provided by American Home Warranty.
