| Important Information! (Buyer Beware) Georgia is one of several states that does not regulate home inspectors and only a business license is required to be a home inspector in Georgia. Pricing and qualifications can vary greatly between companies. If you are trying to find the most qualified inspector then choose a 100% fully code certified inspector as myself. The International Code Council (ICC) issues the code certifications in Building, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical. Once an inspector has all four code certifications then they are considered 100% fully code certified as a Residential Combination Inspector. An unqualified inspector can cause you thousands in unseen repairs. Don't let a novice cheap inspector learn on your time and money.
