Pricing and qualifications can vary greatly between companies. If you are trying to find the most qualified inspector then choose a 100% fully code certified inspector as myself. The International Code Council (ICC) issues the code certifications in Building, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical. Once an inspector has all four code certifications then they are considered 100% fully code certified as a Residential Combination Inspector. An unqualified inspector can cost you thousands in unseen repairs. Don't let a unqualified cheap novice home inspector learn on your time and money.
