    license is required to be a home
    inspector in Georgia.

  • If you are trying to find the most
    qualified inspector then choose a
    fully code certified inspector as
    myself.

  • The International Code Council
    (ICC) issues the code
    certifications in Building,
    Mechanical, Plumbing and
    Electrical.

  • Once an inspector has all four
    code certifications then they are
    considered fully code certified.

  • An unqualified inspector can cost
    you thousands in unseen repairs.
